Q: How do I upload my files using my web browser?
A: Detailed information is located here, or click here to download
and print our PDF for easy step by step instructions.
Q: What kind of proof is best for my project?
A: It depends on the type of job you are printing and how critical certain aspects of your job are. For a black and
white, type only job you should only need a black and white laser proof. The other end of the spectrum for critical color the first
proof is a digital dylux to check for content, type, spelling, and photo position. After initial corrections a digital laminate proof
that represents exact color that the press will produce. For a less critical color job an Epson print may be satisfactory saving money.
If you're not sure, your service representative can recommend the right proof for you.
Q: How do I check my proofs?
A: Proofs should be looked at with a very critical eye at all stages. Beginning with overall look of the printed piece,
spelling and grammar, where and how the piece folds or binds together, and with a laminate proof the exact color that the piece will
have when completed.
Q: What is the biggest size I can get printed?
A: Our presses can print a sheet up to 28 x 40 inches. The image size or printed area on that sheet would be 26.75 x 39.
Q: What image formats do you support?
A: We accept most image file formats, including TIFF, PCX, BMP, PDF, JPG (JPEG), and GIF. If you use JPEG, please
save your files with Low Compression, Fine or High Quality settings (the more information collected, the better).
Q: What graphic programs do you accept files for/from?
A: We support the following graphic programs: Quark-X-press, In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, FreeHand
and Illustrator. Please contact us if you have a different graphic program format, as it is more than likely that we can convert the
file to a format we can use.
